Acerbis Launches the Velocity Footwear Line
Acerbis is expanding its collection for urban motorcyclists with the new Velocity shoe family, a line consisting of three models designed to offer certified safety, riding comfort and a contemporary look even after you get off the bike.
The Velocity Flow, Velocity Raw and Velocity Terra share the same design philosophy: combining technical protection and practicality in footwear developed for commuting and leisure, without ever compromising on style.
The Velocity Flow Boots are the sportiest model in the range. Crafted from highly abrasion-resistant leather, it combines a technical design with mesh side panels that promote ventilation and temperature regulation during the warmer months. The integrated waterproof membrane protects against rain, while reinforcements on the ankle, heel, and toe—along with a wear-resistant insert in the gearshift lever area—ensure maximum protection while riding. The padded collar and tongue enhance comfort, and the high-grip rubber outsole ensures stability both on the footpegs and when walking. The Velocity Flow Boots are certified to the EN 13634:2017 standard and is available in black, in sizes 36 through 47, for €139.95.
For a more classic style, the Velocity Raw Boot offers the same technical features but with a “raw” look. The premium suede upper is enhanced by micro-perforated side panels that increase breathability, while the waterproof and breathable membrane lets you tackle even changing weather conditions with confidence. Protective reinforcements on the ankle, toe, and heel, combined with a dedicated gear-shift lever insert, ensure a high level of safety without compromising comfort or freedom of movement. The Velocity Raw is also EN 13634:2017 certified and is available in brown, in sizes 39 through 47, also priced at €139.95.
The top-of-the-line model is the Velocity Terra, a technical mid-cut shoe that combines the support of a lightweight boot with the practicality of a shoe designed for everyday use. Enhanced ankle support is provided by the padded collar, while the ultralight construction and cushioned midsole ensure comfort throughout the day. The real star is the Michelin® outsole, designed with a high-traction tread pattern capable of providing excellent grip even on wet or slippery surfaces. The closure system combines quick-adjust elastic laces and an upper Velcro strap for a stable and precise fit. Rounding out the features are a waterproof membrane, structural reinforcements at the toe and heel, and certified ankle guards. The Velocity Terra also complies with the EN 13634:2017 standard and is available in black, in sizes 39 through 47, for €179.95.
